COVID-19 Policies

Having been in business since 2002, we’ve seen recessions, natural disasters and many other global issues that can affect weddings and how they can be celebrated. While the COVID-19 pandemic is new, our approach to providing you the best possible service remains the same.

 

Postponement/Rescheduling: Should you need to postpone or reschedule your wedding, we are happy to accommodate your new date given the pandemic circumstances. You can reschedule for next week or next year. There are no rescheduling fees. Please note that should the original artist not be available for your new date, another artist will be provided for you.

 

Cancellation: Should you decide to cancel your services for a date when we are able to perform the services, our regular cancellation policy remains in place. Should you decide to cancel after rescheduling your date, your package/services are non-refundable. Should we be unable to perform your services due to government orders restricting our services but not your event and you wish to cancel completely, you are welcome to request a refund or you can use the credit for future services.

 

Sanitation: Our artists take sanitation very seriously. Disposable applicators are used whenever possible. Brushes and other applicators/tools are sanitized and cleaned as per industry standards so sterile tools are ready for each client.

 

Based on current guidelines, masks, face shields and other PPE may be required. Some services such as airbrushed makeup and blowouts may not be available due to pandemic guidelines to avoid unnecessary air circulation and spread of a virus. Our artists are able to obtain very similar results without the use of an air blowing device and will be happy to do so in the event the original service type cannot be performed.

 

Services performed may need a minimum radius of 6 feet and no more than 1 other person (not receiving services) in the room in addition to the person receiving services and the artist. Face masks may be required for those receiving hair services.

 

Service waivers are required to be signed prior to services performed for every person receiving services.

The below pricing is for a la carte services when booked with a bridal package for the same artist to take care of everyone.

Additional artists can be added to create a custom package.

Custom Packages

(for 8+ services, additional touchup time, hair/makeup change for 2nd ceremony or reception, etc.)
